TurfSpa Terms & Conditions

By using our website (shop.turfspa.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Terms

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through TurfSpa.com and authorized online retailers (excluding Amazon and Walmart, which have their own refund policies).
• TurfSpa reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Use & Disclaimer

• TurfSpa products are for external use only and must be used according to label instructions.
• Results may vary based on factors such as surface type, urine saturation, environmental conditions, and proper application.
• TurfSpa eliminates existing odors but does not prevent future odors. If a pet continues urinating in the treated area, additional applications will be required.
• TurfSpa is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper application, or failure to follow product instructions.

3. Purchases & Payments

• Purchases must be made through TurfSpa.com or Chewy.com to be eligible for refunds.
• All payments must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.
• Promotional offers, including Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO), have specific refund terms (see Section 6).

4. Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee

TurfSpa stands behind its product with a Money-Back Guarantee for first-time customers. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for a Refund:

✅ Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
✅ Customers must have applied the product at least twice and waited at least 3 days for full results.
✅ Refunds are only available for first-time purchases (limit one refund per household).
✅ Refunds cover the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
✅ BOGO purchases: Refunds only apply to the purchased bottle. The free bottle is not eligible for a refund and must be returned unused and sealed if a return is required.

Exclusions (Refunds Will Not Be Granted If):

❌ The product was not used as directed.
❌ The request is made beyond the 30-day refund window.
❌ The customer did not wait the full 3 days for results.
❌ The product was used with other cleaners that may have interfered with results.
❌ The pet continued urinating in the treated area, causing new odors.
❌ The refund request is from a repeat customer who has previously purchased and is now requesting a refund.
❌ The request is for a BOGO free item.

Refund Process:

1. Customers must submit a Refund Request Form with:
   • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
   • Confirmation that the product was used as directed.
2. Refunds may require the return of the original bottle (empty or partially used) at the customer’s expense.
3. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days upon approval.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• TurfSpa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free) Policy

If your purchase was part of a Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO) promotion:

• Refunds apply only to the purchased item. The free item is not eligible for a refund.
• If a return is required, both bottles must be returned.
• The free bottle must be unused and sealed to qualify for a refund.
• If the free bottle has been opened or used, the refund request is not eligible.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations & Order Modifications

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been processed.
• If you need assistance, contact our support team immediately after placing your order.

8. Warranty & Liability

• TurfSpa makes no explicit warranties beyond the product description.
• TurfSpa is not responsible for:
  • Accidental damage from misuse.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and images on the TurfSpa website are protected intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your State].
• Any disputes must be handled in the courts of [Your State].
